Terms & Conditions - The Basics

Welcome to Eight88 Events! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.eight88events.com and all services provided by Eight88 Events (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Full payment must be received by the due date outlined in your invoice.
Late payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling of services.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

3. Setup & Venue Access

Client must ensure venue access and setup time are arranged in advance.
Additional fees may apply for early setup, late-night takedown, or locations outside our standard service area.
Eight88 Events is not responsible for decor damage caused by guests or weather conditions.

4. Design & Materials

All decor is custom-created based on your event theme and package.
Minor variations in color or design may occur due to material availability.
Rentals (e.g. backdrops, arches) must be returned in good condition; fees apply for damage or missing items.

5. Liability

Eight88 Events is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage caused by decor once setup is complete.
Client assumes responsibility for ensuring decor is not tampered with or moved after installation.

6. Intellectual Property

Photos of your event may be used for our portfolio, social media, and marketing unless otherwise requested.
All designs, graphics, and content on our website are the property of Eight88 Events.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
